Once logged in to your AnyMeeting account:
  1. Click the reset pin icon:


  2. Select Reset PIN:

Important: Any meetings/webinars scheduled in the future that have been sent the dial-in information will be unable to use the old PIN to Dial-in. Update your invitees with the new PIN. 

Our system will also send them a reminder email 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event and that will have your new PIN on that email.
