AnyMeeting can now show your favorite videos on Youtube to your audience. This will let you and your attendees all watch the same video that you have uploaded to Youtube's site, or any other video hosted there. You can even seek forward or back in the video and pause it, and all your attendees will see the same. These YouTube videos will even show in your recordings!

IMPORTANT: Recordings will only be able to show the YouTube video as long as it is still hosted on YouTube's site. If it is removed for any reason, the video will no longer show properly on your recording and cannot be edited out.

To bring in a YouTube video to your meeting to watch live, just follow the instructions below.

1) Click the "Share" button found on the meeting control bar and choose the "YouTube" option that should appear.

2) This will bring up a field. Just copy and paste the URL from the address bar of your YouTube video's page. Click "Play Video" when you have it entered to start viewing the video.

3) Your video will pop up and should start playing immediately! The pause/play and seeking controls work just like on YouTube and will affect all of your audience.
