Help with Screen Share (Mac OS X Users)

Please note that Java will not work with Google Chrome on Mac OS X computers. We recommend that you use Safari or Firefox. Here are the steps on how to download & install Java 7 Update 13: 1) Download the install file by visiting the following link: http://java.com/en/download/ 2) After you're done downloading/installing Java 7 Update 13, the next time you attempt to use the screen sharing feature, you may see a prompt asking if you want to run an application named "com.csn.ScreenShare". When this prompt appears, check the box that says "Always trust content from this publisher" and press the "Run" button as shown below.
