Pro subscriber live chat with phone support guide

Our Pro Subscriber phone support is provided online during business hours* through our Live Chat interface.  It is available to ALL Presenters in a Pro subscriber meeting.

Our hours are:

Monday - Friday 8AM to 10PM Eastern
Sat & Sun - 8AM to 5PM Eastern

Inside the AnyMeeting App look on the right hand side of the screen:


*When Support is offline, icon will change to (Offline)

You can chat with us or choose to have us call you:


**The live chat does not show to your attendees. Only you can see this as the Presenter.


Pick how you want us to call you and off we go!



If you are outside the US and Canada, please choose Computer to talk to us using your microphone and speakers.  Telephone option is only available to US & Canada.

Please note that if you are in an active Meeting, you will want to choose the option that you are not currently using in your meeting.
