AnyMeeting offers you a quick and easy way to manage your Q&A session with attendees. Here is what you will see:
In the top navigation click the icon
You will be shown the questions that are ready for you to review
You can choose to show the question to your audience where you will then audibly respond
You can choose to edit the question if there are typos or needs clarity
You can dismiss the question if it is a duplicate or not relevant to your webinar
As Presenter, you will receive a notification in the lower right hand corner of your screen when a new question is added to Q&A
When your webinar is complete, you can return to your Webinar details and view or download a report on your Q&A.
