  • Windows 7 and higher / Mac OSX 10.8 or Linux/Ubuntu*
  • Newest version of Chrome Web Browser (Firefox, Edge, IE and Safari attendees must use our App to join Meetings).  Click here for more)
    IMPORTANT:  The desktop Application is not supported on Windows 7 32bit
  • Webinar only supports joining on both Firefox and Chrome
  • Broadband internet connection with an Upload and Download speed of 1 Mbps or more

*Screen Sharing is not supported on Linux 

Mobile Devices
  • iPhone iOS version 9.3 or higher
  • iPad iOS version 9.3 or higher
  • Android OS version 4.0 or higher

Audio Requirements:

USB headset, webcam or integrated microphone*
Telephone audio: cell phones, VOIP phone or landline

*Use of a WiFi connection may not provide the best audio experience as WiFi may be less stable. We recommend a hardwire connection or that you use telephone for best results on a WiFi connection
