1. If your meeting has frozen and you are unable to control your meeting. Please see the following:
You may need to close AnyMeeting and start it fresh. To do this click Exit AnyMeeting from the icon in your system tray (Windows) or bar (Mac)
Once you rejoin you should have full control.
2. If you are unable to End Meeting, please do the above. If you still encounter trouble see the following:
On the above screenshot choose Account Manager instead on your tray icon.
Once in Account Manager click the title for your running meeting:
On the meeting details page see the End Now button.
This will end your meeting without you needing to rejoin the meeting.
