Is there a Free Trial?

We offer a 14 day free trial on all of our single user Pro plans.


Do I have to enter a credit card to get the free trial?

Yes, a major credit card will be required.


I am a current free AnyMeeting customer.  How do I get the free trial?

While logged in to your account choose Upgrade on the plan of your choice.  All subscriptions begin with a 14 day free trial.

You will see Plan options shown on the Account page for you to choose from. In this sample we show you that you may add a coupon code if you have one, you may choose an Annual plan which shows you the price per month calculated, or choose Monthly Plans.


What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?

AnyMeeting Pro plans offer the following features available exclusively to Pro subscribers.  To see all of the features included with our Pro plans, visit our Plans page here.


Do you offer annual plans?

Yes!  We offer annual options. These are discounted to include two months free.   You pay for 10 months, we give you 12! 

Can I upgrade an annual subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. You will be credited for the remainder of your lower plan and charged for the larger plan when you upgrade.

Do I need to sign up for a year?  What if I only need the Pro subscription for a month?

We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions.  Go annual, though, and save 17% (two months free)!     

Do you offer other plans, such as 50- or 100-attendee plans?

If I subscribe to a Pro subscription, can I switch back to a Free account?

Yes, once your paid subscription ends, you are welcome to switch to a Free account.  You can choose a Free account at any time during your billing cycle, at the end you will switch back to Free.  Please note that all Recordings will be deleted upon the close of your paid subscription.

How do I stop my trial or current subscription?

To cancel your trial, login to your Account and scroll down to the "Downgrade Account" section. There you may press the "Downgrade My Plan to Free" button. 



To cancel your recurring  subscription payment, login to your Account and scroll down to the "Downgrade Account" section. Please call the number provided to proceed in downgrading your subscription. International customers, please email support@anymeeting.com to assist with downgrading your subscription.

Please note that all Recordings will be deleted upon the close of your paid subscription.  No refunds are offered. 

 

Plan Feature Questions

 

Can I download my recordings?
Absolutely!  As a Pro subscriber you can download your recordings from your Account Manager.  

What happens to my recordings if I cancel my Pro subscription?
Once you cancel your Pro subscription and the paid subscription period ends, your recordings will be deleted. Please download your recordings prior to this.

Do you offer a toll-free number?
Yes!  We offer a Toll Free number.  For details on how to enable this and any charges that apply, please see our Toll Free Guide.

How much does the conference calling cost?
Only normal long distance charges from each caller's long distance carrier may apply. There are no charges from AnyMeeting for conference calling.

Can participants use conference calling and VoIP together in a meeting?
Yes, AnyMeeting offers fully integrated conference calling and VoIP. Participants can join the audio via either phone or computer mic and speakers, whichever is more convenient.
