Public Profile Settings

Your Public Profile allows you to share and promote your upcoming meetings quickly and easily through a variety of tools. The following options will let you control the contents of your Public Profile.

Navigate to Account -> Public Profile tab

Please Note: When applicable, the following icons are used to indicate the current status of your Public Profile features.

- This feature is currently not active or has not yet been setup.
Check Enable
- This feature is active and properly configured for use on your Public Profile.

Public or Private

Select your Privacy Settings - This setting controls whether or not your Public Profile page is active. If your Public Profile is not set to active then it will not be accessible to anyone, including you.

Please Note: If you would like scheduled meetings to be displayed on your Public Profile you will need to mark them as Public when setting them up.



Add Your Website URL - Entering the URL of your website here will place a Visit My Website button on your Public Profile.



Add your LinkedIn Profile - To add a LinkedIn profile widget to your Public Profile enter the public web address here. Please note that your LinkedIn profile will need to be public in order for this feature to work.


Twitter Stream

Add your Twitter Stream - You can add a Twitter stream to your Public Profile page by entering the stream name here.


Personal Information

Add some information about Yourself - This is a good place to describe who you are and why you hold webinars. (Note: This field has a 2000 character limit.)



Add your Interests - The Interests section of your Public Profile is to allow you to express some of the things that interest you and can be used to inform people about the type of meetings you host. (Note: This field has a 2000 character limit.)



Add Keywords for your Profile - The keywords section is used get your Public Profile ranked by search engines. Use this field to include keywords related to your meetings and their content.



Public Profile Page

Your Public Profile will display your Presenter picture as well as the information you provided in the About and Interests sections when you setup your Public Profile.


Social Notifications

You can integrate your social networks with your online meetings to create a powerful promotion and marketing machine! Simply connect to Facebook and Twitter, and for any meeting you make public, AnyMeeting will automatically post information about your public meetings. 



Connecting your AnyMeeting Public Profile to your Facebook account will allow you to instantly connect all your Facebook friends to your planned AnyMeeting webinars. If you choose to publish a scheduled meeting, the meeting topic and description will be posted to your news stream. Also, if you set up reminders for your meeting, this will be published to your news stream.

To connect your AnyMeeting Public Profile to your Facebook account press the connect button.
  • Once the pop-up window loads, you will need to enter your Facebook account information and then click on Connect.
  • Facebook will then ask you to set Permissions for AnyMeeting:
  • Click Allow to activate AnyMeeting's Facebook functionality.
Once you have authorized AnyMeeting to make posts to your Facebook account, you will need to adjust your Notifications Settings in order to control where your Facebook updates get posted. You have the option of posting to your wall, one of your fan pages, or both. Just check the box next to the appropriate option and your scheduled meetings and its reminders will automatically be posted to Facebook for you.


Connecting your AnyMeeting Public Profile to your Twitter account will allow for the automatic Tweeting of your scheduled meetings. When you schedule a meeting, a post will be made to your Twitter account with the meeting title and a link to your Public Profile. If you setup reminders for this event, the reminders will be posted as well as notification when the meeting is started.

To connect your AnyMeeting Public Profile to your Twitter account first click the Sign In button. Once the pop-up window loads, you will need to enter your Twitter account and then click on Allow.
